As Director-General of SEMA Borno State, I am proud to lead a dedicated team committed to protecting lives, supporting displaced persons, and building resilient communities. Through strategic partnerships and timely interventions, we respond to emergencies with compassion, integrity, and professionalism ensuring that no vulnerable person in Borno is left behind.

I extend my sincere appreciation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, for his unwavering support and leadership. Emergency Preparedness and Response

1. Rapid assessment and response to disasters (conflict, flooding, fire outbreaks, etc.).

3. Evacuation, rescue, and first aid coordination.

4. Distribution of emergency relief materials (food and non-food items).

Humanitarian Assistance

1. Support for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in camps and host communities.
